Description
Luxurious open floor plan with breezy California vibe. High end furnishings and custom woodwork throughout. The great room with a fireplace surrounded by deep seating on one end and a fabulous kitchen with high end appliances on the other. Table with seating for 8 lucky dinner guests and a few bar stools to pull up to the counter makes each meal a theatrical event.
The living room opens out to a patio equipped with a fine propane BBQ and a table for al fresco dining. At the end of the day relax in the hot tub in the peaceful surrounds. Down a few steps to the water’s edge is another deck with a floating dock to launch a kayak or a SUP. Or you could just jump in! Peaceful courtyard in the front of the house perfect for your morning coffee with a table and chairs.
Three bedrooms, each with a private bath, two with Queen beds and the third with two Twins. Located through the bedroom with the Twins is a bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk beds.
High tech features abound including indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, Apple TV in each bedroom and Nest thermostats controlling the radiant heat in each room.
