Entry to bedroom #3 which features 2 XL Twin beds is either from the enclosed inner courtyard, or by walking through bedroom #2, which features a Queen bed. The 2nd bath with a walk in shower is located between the 2 lower bedrooms. Entry to the Family room is through bedroom #3. The Family room has 2 sofas, which can be used as day beds, thus the “sleeps 8”.
