The patio area is well furnished with comfortable, old-fashioned loungers that are now back in style. A short path through the backyard leads to a hidden gate which brings you to a walkway out to the beach. William, here in the Seadrift office, says that the house reminds him of all the lake cabins his parents rented when he was growing up… simple, unpretentious and perfect for lazy afternoons with a paperback and simple suppers hot off the barbeque. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

One week minimum during Summer (June 23-September 30, 2016) and all holidays including Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, XMAS, and New Years. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Columbus Days and require three nights minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less.
