A spacious inner patio well-furnished for entertaining with tables and chairs with the bonus of Mt. Tam Ridge views. This home includes a large lagoon side lot across Seadrift Road with its own private court and dock. The best of all Seadrift has to offer! (oc230) One week minimum. Owner prefers two week rentals.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

One week minimum during Summer (June 22-September 30, 2017) and all holidays including Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, XMAS, and New Years. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Columbus Days and require three nights minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less.
